HOW IT ALL STARTED

Our President & Founder, Travis Carter, has more than 10 years experience in the construction industry. And more than 20 years experience in managing people and processes in the avenues of banking, sales, and customer service.

As an unlimited licensed builder in NC, Travis started and today leads PRR (just an abbreviation to save time here)out of a desire to bring professionalism and excellence to an industry that from what he was experiencing and what history has shown, was neither of those. His passion for this was rooted in the fact he knew this was lacking and made it a personal mission to change that within his sphere of influence.

Through now a decade of that effort, we have and are still building, exactly that. A company made up of professionals, well trained, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are committed to this mission, knowing that when we execute on this, our company grows, is healthy & sustainable, and our communities can be rebuilt one property owner at a time. We will not falter or stumble and become another overwhelmed, unresponsive “contractor”—the customer will remain our focus.
