Job Summary:

Join our team as a Sales Representative specializing in the Roofing & Storm Restoration Industry. In this high-level sales position, you will play a pivotal role in working with homeowners who have storm-related damages, facilitating the restoration process through their insurance carrier in most cases. Additionally, you will provide innovative green energy solutions to homeowners (GAF Energy Solar Shingle), empowering them to own their power, enjoy potential tax credits, and realize monthly energy bill savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales, leveraging referrals, networking, and marketing efforts provided by the company.
• Work with homeowners to assess storm-related damages and guide them through the restoration process.
• Present and promote green energy solutions, emphasizing ownership benefits and potential cost savings.
• Meet performance-based targets with the expectation of achieving a six-figure income within the first year.

Qualifications:

• Formal Sales Experience is not required. But a hunger to be in sales and be compensated for what you’re worth and increase your income, is required. We have the training, both in the classroom and in the field that will teach a motivated individual how to do this and be successful. Your desire for success will be the most important factor.
• Proven success in roofing sales, solar sales, cellular sales, pest control, or B2B sales is a big advantage that will simply improve your learning curve
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to communicate well and talk to anyone and have meaningful conversation.
• Self-motivated with a drive for success.
